Covid-19 Update – 2019 Winter League Playoffs/Championships – Cancelled

Due to the unprecedented times with the COVID-19 pandemic along with NB in a state of emergency, it’s no surprise that we have to cancel the 2019 Winter Playoffs & Championships.

As of right now, the Spring League is cancelled. This would been our 5th Anniversary Spring League as we started this league back in the Spring 2016.

On the bright side of things, we are looking to a possible Fall league at the Field House. Otherwise we are planning on a Winter League again.

Be safe out there and we hope to see you again on the pitch (aka Field).

Covid-19 Update – 2019 Winter League Playoffs/Championships – Suspended

The Saint John Touch Rugby League (SJTRL) is first and foremost committed to the health and safety of our players and officials. In keeping with this commitment, we have made the decision to suspend the 2019 Winter Playoffs & Championships that are scheduled on Wed March 18th until further notice.

We are aiming to have them rescheduled in the near future given sufficient evidence that it is safe to resume Touch Rugby otherwise they will have to be cancelled.

More detailed information regarding COVID-19 is available here:
