2. Best net from the points scored (PF) minus the points allowed (PA)

1. Best net from the points scored (PF) minus the points allowed (PA) from ALL games
2. Most points scored (PF) from ALL games
3. Least points allowed (PA) from ALL games
4. Coin Toss
