This game will occur only if team that was 2nd in Standings wins the Championship Game 2 of 3.  Hence making the series tied at 1-1 so the 3rd game is required to be played to determine a winner.

The Team with best Regular Season Record will have a 1-0 lead in the Best of Three Championship series.
