2024 Fall Champions – BLUE STEAL

The inaugural Fall season Championship of the Saint John Touch Rugby League was a Best out of Three contest. Blue Steal had a 1 game lead going into the Championship for finishing 1st Place in the regular season.

Game 2 of the Best of Three was a very close game as the Blue Steal scored just before the Half with a try by Dan Scally. In the 2nd half, Blue Steal extended their lead 2-0 with a try by Malorie Scally. Shortly after Adam Lund from the Lemonade Legends closed the gap with a try to cut the lead to just 1 try. Then a late 2nd half try by Blue Steal’s Brad Saunders secured the 3-1 Blue Steal victory to win the Best out of Three Championship series 2 games to 0.

SUBS – These players are available to play for a team if they are very short on players.  The only time they can’t play for a team is when the team has a full roster present or it’s the Championship games (Wed Oct 30th).  We might have other Subs during the season which is TBD at the moment.
